Makoto Takemiya is the founder and Group CEO of SORAMITSU, a fintech company specializing in blockchain technology. He is a computer scientist, passionate about solving financial inefficiencies in the world and improving the everyday lives of people. At SORAMITSU he has contributed to the Hyperledger Iroha blockchain platform and plays an active role in the design and development of Hyperledger Iroha v2. Makoto Takemiya has a PhD in Interdisciplinary Information Studies from the University of Tokyo.
