We describe the role of verifiable credentials as provided by Hyperledger Indy for implementing the use case of managing environmental, social and governance (ESG) information on the level of individual products. The advantages of verifiable credentials for sharing trustworthy, aggregated ESG information across supply chains is highlighted and demonstrated with the SiGREEN application.
