Why this kind of process can keep the atomicity, consistency ,isolation and durability of a cross-chain transaction. How different government offices build their cross-chain transactions. Ziyi Zhang will also introduce what they have done to connect Cactus to use their system as a bridge to build trusted connection with Chinese blockchain system.
