After more than 2 years of a pandemic, we live in another world. A world where inequality grows dramatically and with it, the difficulties in funding global health. The world has more than $3.5 trillion in annual health waste and as the population ages, the costs are likely to grow. After working on one of the largest healthcare interoperability projects in the world using blockchain (Brazil's National Health Data Network with more than 1.5 billion records), we have advanced in structuring a decentralized health digital wallet using DID and Hyperledger Indy and in the structuring of a dual blockchain model culminating in a DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organisation) that aims to fund sustainable health projects around the world by reducing health waste spending for the less fortunate.
